Shared Marketing provides email as part of our hosting service, however for businesses, a hosted email solution such as Google Apps or Microsoft Office 365 is recommended.
Will you be keeping backups of my site?
If Shared Marketing is hosting your website, backups are made daily. Please note that websites over 5GB are not backed up at the same frequency. Please ask us about additional backup options.
Can I see how many visitors I’ve had to my website?
Google analytics integration is standard with all of our websites unless otherwise specified. This will allow you to track visitor numbers and provides various other reporting capabilities.
After my website is build, do you provide any training on how to make updates myself?
All of our website builds come with a 1 hour in-house training session so you can make basic updates to your website at any time.
Can I register a domain name through Shared Marketing?
We offer both hosting services and domain registry.
Can I have a mailing list sign up on my website?
Yes, we can add a registration pop up or form from most providers.
Do you offer an email program to send out messages to my customers?
