I had an unforeseen critical job turn up which required immediate action. I called in the Shared Marketing team and they simply delivered. Their ability to understand my vision and then translate that to a final product in a timely manner was exceptional.
Fantastic service and I can't believe the quality of our website. I have dealt with website builders before on 3 different websites and shared marketing blows them all out of the water. Happy to give my continued business to Craig and the team. Thanks again guys
I'm really happy with the new look and feel of the website, thanks so much to your team for understanding my requirements and making it such a smooth process.
The team at Shared Marketing were most attentive and attuned to our website requirements throughout the website development. Their response times to our many requests in the design process evidenced a team eager to deliver for their client.
I have had the best experience with shared marketing.I don’t know anything about technology and they have walked me through every step of the way as well as answering every little silly question without making me feel that I should know all the answers. My website/instagram/Facebook/google accounts have all been set up which i absolutely love at a very fair price. The team are friendly and knowledgeable.I would recommend anyone to Craig and the team at shared marketing.Stacey
Excellent service and have produced the most amazing website for me. I am now in the process of setting up two new business ventures. The advice and enthusiasm that Craig and his team give is second to none. If you are thinking of setting up a business a website is a must. I would highly recommend speaking with Shared Marketing at the start of any venture. Unlike many of the local so called web design companies Shared Marketing isnt a one man band. I have had problems resolved within minutes rather than days and an extra set of invoices. Amazing business with great ethics!
Craig and his team make doing business easy. Using Shared Marketing to help our business grow was a no brainer.
Great service, friendly and helpful. Craig and the team make a great effort to help your business
Great service from craig and the team, always a great help.
The Waitplate System
Shared Marketing was recommended to us because of their experience with start-up companies and assisting new innovations to get to market. They have been working with us from earlier days of our product development and have been extremely helpful in creating an engaging and credible brand. The designers listen to what we say and advise us in a way that makes sense. They have been a pleasure to work with and have provided everything we needed including brand and style guides, signage designs for our factory and vehicles, designing and supplying our marketing material, producing our video, iPhone App development, SEO and launching our website and online store, website and social media maintenance and the list goes on!We found their services good value and all inclusive and all involved were great to work with both creatively and for our business development.Kelly Arbuckle, Waitplate
Personal Training Runaway Bay
The Shared Marketing team has exceeded our expectations in every way. From rebranding, logo design, website development to printing, the Shared Marketing team has been very professional. Work has always been completed on time, usually faster than quoted and of the utmost quality. Communication, emails and phone, are always promptly responded to.Helping our company to become a more professionally recognised brand could not have been possible without the SM team. Thank you so much, we always receive compliments from clients about our professional image in the community
A massive thank you to the amazing team at Shared Marketing for giving our website an entire make over! Not only has the new website increased our profits but it has also opened a door to other digital opportunities allowing our customers to now order online via customised accounts and other extras we didn't even know existed. The team has such an extensive knowledge base and are always attending to our requests promptly. A special mention to Josh who even talks our lingo to the less IT savvy employees in the office. We would highly recommend Shared Marketing to all those around us and we are confident in the professionalism and care taken towards their clients, just like they did for us.Love from the Cherry Blooms team
First Aid Accident & Emergency
We started out with another, larger web design company only to find we were treated like a number. Shared really do care about their customers and get results.

Online access to emails on your website’s hosting is easy with Webmail.
View our step by step guide.
Accessing your Webmail:
The URL for your webmail is set up as follows:
Log in details:
1. Your username is your email address ie: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Your password will have been provided to you when we set up the email account.
Once you’ve logged in you will be able to choose with webmail program you would like to use: Horde, Roundcude or Squirrel Mail – all are quite similar.
Below the 2 email programs you will also be provided with the ability to change your password, set up forwarders, auto responders and more – we will not be touching on all of these options in this basics tutorial.
Changing your Password:
To change or update your password select “change password” located below Horde.
Your password must be a strength of at least 60 so it is recommended that your password contain letters, numbers and at least one symbol such as # or @.
The Password generator function will select a strong password for you if you wish that you can copy and paste somewhere safe for later use.
If you have forgotten your password and require a manual reset please contact us.
Once your password has been changed successfully you can return to the main page.
For this basics tutorial we are going to use RoundCube.
This is what the RoundCube inbox looks like:
Subject of email
Time and date received
Size of email
Shows “flagged” emails – to flag an email simply click the flag box next to it.
Indicates whether the email has any attachments using a paperclip symbol.
Along the left-hand side of the window you have your inbox, folders and trash bin.
Next to your inbox symbol/title you will see a number indicating the number of unread emails you currently have.
Adding Custom Folders:
Look to the bottom of this sidebar and select the gear symbol:
Here you can select “manage folders”
You will be brought to the following screen that allows you to add a new custom folder using the symbol.
Simply fill out the relevant information and click Save. You will now have a new custom folder on your main inbox screen.
To delete a custom folder return to the manage folders page, check the box next to the folder you wish to delete, click the gear and click “delete”
When you have selected an email or are composing a new email your window will look like this:
Here you have your standard options in the toolbar along the top as well as the add a contact symbol located in the email sender/recipient list.
To set up a simple email signature, to change your personal information(such as the name your recipients will see in their sender bar) or set an auto responder for your emails you will need to go to your settings panel. To access your settings panel, click the gear icon located at the top right of all windows:
Under Identities you will find your display name and email signature settings.
Under Responses you will find auto responder settings.
