The URL for your webmail is set up as follows:
www.yourwebsitename.com.au/webmail
Log in details:
1. Your username is your email address ie: yourname@yourwebsite.com.au
2. Your password will have been provided to you when we set up the email account.
Once you’ve logged in you will be able to choose with webmail program you would like to use: Horde, Roundcude or Squirrel Mail – all are quite similar.
Below the 2 email programs you will also be provided with the ability to change your password, set up forwarders, auto responders and more – we will not be touching on all of these options in this basics tutorial.
Changing your Password:
To change or update your password select “change password” located below Horde.
Your password must be a strength of at least 60 so it is recommended that your password contain letters, numbers and at least one symbol such as # or @.
The Password generator function will select a strong password for you if you wish that you can copy and paste somewhere safe for later use.
If you have forgotten your password and require a manual reset please contact us.
Once your password has been changed successfully you can return to the main page.
Inbox:
For this basics tutorial we are going to use RoundCube.
This is what the RoundCube inbox looks like:
Along the left-hand side of the window you have your inbox, folders and trash bin.
Next to your inbox symbol/title you will see a number indicating the number of unread emails you currently have.
Adding Custom Folders:
Look to the bottom of this sidebar and select the gear symbol:
Here you can select “manage folders”
You will be brought to the following screen that allows you to add a new custom folder using the symbol.
Simply fill out the relevant information and click Save. You will now have a new custom folder on your main inbox screen.
To delete a custom folder return to the manage folders page, check the box next to the folder you wish to delete, click the gear and click “delete”
Email Actions:
When you have selected an email or are composing a new email your window will look like this:
Here you have your standard options in the toolbar along the top as well as the add a contact symbol located in the email sender/recipient list.

To access your settings panel, click the gear icon located at the top right of all windows:
